Evaluation
Project progress control and planning relies upon a set of control criteria (see table below). These criteria will be monitored periodically (every 6 months) by the project co-ordinator. The main criteria that will be applied for the internal evaluation of the project will be: | Criteria | Description | | Satisfaction of project partners | Assess the degree of satisfaction of the partners involved in the project | | Quality deviations | Detect and correct quality deviations in project deliverables, products and results | | Time deviations | Detect and correct time deviations in project plan | | Budget deviations | Detect and correct budget deviations in project figures | | Interest of scientific/technical community | Assess the interest of the international scientific/technical community in the results of the project based on papers approval, conference attendance, interest in project workshops, etc. | | Indian dimension | Assess the interest of other Indian partners in the project | | European dimension | Assess the interest of European countries in the project |
The Università di Udine is in charge of the financial and administrative co-ordination of the project. |
